1 crust from 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box
1 1/2 cups caramel ice cream topping (from two 12.25-oz jars)
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed (3 cups)
1/2 cup pecan halves

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F. Make pie crust as directed on box for One-Crust Baked Shell using 9-inch glass pie plate. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 15 minutes.
  • In small bowl, mix 1/4 cup of the caramel topping and the chopped pecans. Spread mixture over bottom of cooled pie crust.
  • In large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup of the caramel topping with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Fold in whipped topping just until blended (do not overmix). Spoon cream cheese mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until set.
  • Arrange pecan halves on top of pie; drizzle remaining 1/4 cup caramel topping over pie. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie.

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut, toasted
1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth; fold in whipped topping. , Spread half into pie crust. Drizzle with half of the caramel topping. Combine coconut and pecans; sprinkle half over caramel topping. Repeat layers. Chill until serving. Freeze option: Cover and freeze pie for up to 1 month. Remove from freezer 30 minutes before cutting.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons white sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • Combine cream cheese, eggs, 1 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer. Mix on low speed until smooth. Pour filling into graham cracker crust.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 minutes. Remove pie from oven. Raise oven temperature to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

4 large eggs, room temperature

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Line a 9-in. deep-dish pie plate or cast-iron skillet with crust. Trim and flute edges. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg and vanilla until smooth. Easy Nut Crust
30 caramels (from 14-oz bag), unwrapped
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted*
2 packages (3 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 package (4 oz) sweet baking chocolate, chopped
3 tablespoons hot water
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Chocolate curls, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F. Make and bake crust as directed. Cool completely on cooling rack.
  • In 2-quart saucepan, heat caramels, butter and 2 tablespoons water over medium heat, stirring frequently, until caramels are melted. Pour into cooled baked crust. Sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until chilled.
  • In small bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/3 cup powdered sugar with spoon until smooth. Spread over caramel layer; refrigerate.
  • Meanwhile, in 1-quart saucepan, heat chocolate and 3 tablespoons hot water over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted. Cool to room temperature. Stir in vanilla.
  • In chilled large bowl, beat whipping cream and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar with electric mixer on low speed until mixture begins to thicken. Gradually increase speed to high and beat until stiff peaks form. Reserve 1 1/2 cups.
  • Fold chocolate mixture into remaining whipped cream. Spread over cream cheese layer. Garnish with reserved whipped cream and chocolate curls. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour until firm but no longer than 48 hours.

Steps:

  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese for about 3 minutes until creamy.
  • Pour cooled coffee into cream cheese and beat for another minute.
  • In another medium mixing bowl, beat pudding and evaporated milk together for 2 minutes or until pudding mixture becomes really thick.
  • Spoon pudding mixture into cream cheese mixture, add vanilla and beat on low speed until incorporated.
  • Spoon into pie crust, cover and place in fridge to chill for about 4 hours.
  • Top with cool whip and shaved chocolate pieces.
  • Drizzle with caramel sauce right before serving.

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

6 cups thinly sliced apples
1 (2 1/2 ounce) package caramels, apple circle
1 tablespoon turbinado sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Roll out pastry and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour.
  • Mix well.
  • Add apples to cream cheese mixture and stir until apples are evenly coated.
