CREAM CHEESE AND OLIVE PARTY SANDWICHES

Steps:

• Let cream cheese soften to room temperature.
• In a bowl mix cream cheese with mayonnaise.
• Add chopped olives and mix well.
• Spread mixture onto 6 bread slices and top with remaining 6 bread slices to make sandwiches. Cut crust edges off and slice each sandwich into quarters.

CREAM CHEESE AND OLIVE SANDWICHES

Steps:

• Combine cream cheese, olives, walnuts and mayonnaise.
• Spread on 6 slices of bread, cover with remaining 6 slices.
• Trim crusts and cut each sandwich into thirds.

GENOA SALAMI WITH MANZANILLA OLIVE CREAM CHEESE FINGER SANDWICHES

Steps:

• Mash the olives into the cream cheese with a fork. Spread 5 slices of the bread with half the olive spread and top with salami. Spread the remaining 5 slices of bread with the remaining olive spread and top the sandwiches. Cut off the crusts, then cut the sandwiches into 4 pieces.

OLIVE SANDWICH SPREAD

Steps:

• In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Spread on crackers or bread.

• Mix cream cheese, black olives and walnuts together.
• Toast bread.
• Spread cream cheese mixture on one slice toast.
