BANANA-BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
Whip up this three-ingredient healthy smoothie recipe with just three ingredients-nonfat plain yogurt, banana, and frozen blueberries. Feel free to substitute the blueberries with any other frozen fruit you like.

CRANSATIONAL SMOOTHIE
Since it's that cranberry time of year, I thought I would share this. Plus, it looks too amazing not to! It would make a great breakfast with a warm muffin, or some of my oatmeal craisin cookies. Yes, I would eat that for breakfast! LOL Enjoy! Note: This is a TOH recipe and the photo is theirs as well.

- Put half of the orange juice, bananas, cranberries, milk, sugar and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled pitcher or glasses and serve immediately. Repeat with the other half of the ingredients.
- Nutritional Analysis: 1 cup equals 121 calories, trace fat (trace saturated fat), 1 mg cholesterol, 5 mg sodium, 29 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 1 g protein. Diabetic Exchange: 2 fruit.
