CRANBERRY SAUCE WITH DRIED CHERRIES AND CLOVES
Adapted from a listing in Bon Appétit (Nov 1998), this is a Thanksgiving favorite! I make a double batch the night before and save a little for another use. Spread a thick layer over a small round of brie and bake 10 mins at 400 degrees F for an impressive appetizer.

This recipe is a great change of pace from the more common orange-cranberry sauce combinations. We especially like it around the holidays served alongside a roast turkey. It's so much better than canned cranberry sauce. -Janet Briggs

By sell it, I mean tell all about your secret tangerine/cherry-spiked version sauce, and how involved it is to make. Of course, since it is a top-secret recipe, you'll not be able to give details, but you're sure they'll be blown away.
