This recipe is my Taste Of Home October/November 2009 issue entitled: Your Complete Thanksgiving Cookbook. It sounds delicious, so I am posting here for safekeeping. If you try it, I hope you enjoy it :) Amount yielded is approximate.

Steps:
- Mix and use on your favorite sandwich of leftover turkey or any sandwich you wish.
- In the issue, one loaf of focaccia bread, lettuce, thin sliced turkey, gouda cheese, tomato and bacon were the ingredients in the sandwich associated with this mayonnaise. Slice the loaf in half horizontally, layer ingredients and cut into four wedges and serve.

CRANBERRY PECAN CHICKEN SALAD - EASY FAMILY RECIPES

- In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, pecans, cranberries and green onions. Pour the mayo mixture over it and stir until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate and allow flavors to combine for at least 30 minutes. Serve on salad greens, as a sandwich or with crackers.
- Toast the pecans before adding to the mixture by heating them in a skillet over medium heat. Stir regularly, cooking for about 4-6 minutes or until they start to darken on the edges and smell nutty.

- Add slaw mix, apple, cranberries, pecans and onions to a large bowl. Toss to mix all ingredients. Set aside
- In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Whisk together until smooth. Pour 3/4 of dressing over slaw and toss until mixed well. Add remaining dressing if desired. **Additional dressing can be saved in a sealed container to add to slaw at a later time or before serving.
- Serve immediately. Slaw can be stored, covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Toss slightly and add saved dressing if needed.
