CRANBERRY JELL-O® SALAD WITH WALNUTS
This is my most requested recipe! It's a wonderful accompaniment to your Thanksgiving or Christmas menu.

Steps:
- Dissolve cherry gelatin mix in boiling water in a bowl; stir cranberry sauce and oranges into gelatin. Refrigerate until mixture is thickened to the consistency of egg whites, about 45 minutes. Mix apple and walnuts into gelatin, transfer to a serving dish or mold, and chill until firm, about 2 more hours.

EASY CRANBERRY-WALNUT SALAD
The walnuts add a delightful twist (and flavor!) to this simple, 4 ingredient traditional holiday favorite. This is from my Great Aunt Linda; she made this for Thanksgiving and we could not get enough of it!!

Steps:
- Make the jello according to quick set method on package.
- Pour into a 13 by 9 inch pan.
- Add all other ingredients and mix well; cover and refrigerate until jello has set, or overnight.
- When ready to serve, stir again so that the solid mass breaks up. Yummy!
CRANBERRY JELLO SALAD
Fresh Cranberries and Apples combine with walnuts to create the perfect Holiday Salad.

- Dissolve jello and sugar in hot water. Mix until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Grind Apples and Cranberries in a food grinder or food processor.
- Chop nuts. Mix nuts with apples and cranberries.
- Add to dissolved jello.
- Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Chill until set. 6-8 hours or over night.
- In a small bowl pour cold whipping cream. Add 1/4 cup powder sugar and vanilla. Beat until stiff peaks form.
- Cut cranberry salad into squares. Place on a bed of washed green lettuce. Top with a scoop of whipping cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.

- Chop cranberries, celery, and walnuts lightly in a food processor.
- Mix gelatin, water, and sugar. Combine cranberry mixture, gelatin mixture, and pineapple (with juice) and mix thoroughly. Pour into mold and refrigerate to set.
- Serve on leaf of lettuce with a dollop of mayonnaise.

- In a large bowl, dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, whisking for 2 minutes. Whisk in the cold water. Cool in the refrigerator just until slightly thickened (about 45 minutes - 1 hour).
- Gently skim off any foam or bubbles on top of the Jell-O.
- Stir in oranges, pineapple, cranberry sauce, and pecans. Pour into an 8-inch square dish that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Chill in the refrigerator until completely set (at least 4 hours or overnight).
- Slice into squares and garnish with optional toppings.

This Cranberry Jello Salad is always on our holiday table. The combination of tart and sweet go perfectly together. This recipe is a must for every table.

- In a large measuring cup, mix the 2 (6 oz) packages of raspberry Jell-O powder with 2 cups of boiling water using a whisk. Then add 2 cups of cold water and whisk until everything is dissolved.
- In a large bowl, combine the 2 (14 oz) cans of whole berry cranberry sauce, 2 (20 oz) cans of crushed pineapple (juice included), and 1 cup of toasted chopped walnuts. Then pour in the jello and stir until well mixed in.
- Pour the cranberry jello into either a large pan with raised edges or individual cups. Refrigerate overnight until it sets.

CRANBERRY-WALNUT JELL-O SALAD

- Combine cranberries and orange (rind and all) in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- In a medium heat-proof bowl, dissolve Jell-O in the boiling water. Add cranberry mixture and stir to combine. Refrigerate until partially set, about an hour.
- Stir in pineapple with its juices, celery and walnuts. Pour into a mold or 8-inch square dish and refrigerate until set, about 3 hours more.
- To unmold the gelatin, run a butter knife around the edge of the mold, then dip in enough hot water to come about three-quarters of the way up the sides for about 10 seconds. Wet the plate or tray you will be serving it on (this will help slide it into place) and place the plate on top of the mold. Invert the mold and shake gently to loosen. Slide gelatin where you want it on the plate and serve.
