All I have to say is this recipe is addictive. You will feel a stronger than normal gravitational pull toward this dip. Serve with crackers. Beware and Enjoy!

- Place cream cheese in a medium size mixing bowl. Mix until cream cheese is soft. Mix in bell pepper, green onions, crushed pineapple, and seasoning salt.
- Line another mixing bowl with plastic wrap. Form the mixture into a ball and place it on the plastic wrap. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until the ball has set, 2 hours or more.
- When ready to serve, roll the cheese ball in the nuts and serve.

- In medium-sized bowel mix cream cheese, cracked pepper and Mrs. Dash seasoning.
- Divide into two balls.
- In small bowl put 1 tablespoon of flax seed and add one cheeseball, turning to coat all sides with seeds.
- Repeat with other cheeseball.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours before serving.
- Excellent with crackers and vegetables.
