CRAB DELIGHTS
Have these as appetizers or a light lunch. Using English muffins and canned crab meat. You can store in freezer until ready to use, then cook them. This is also good with Clam Chowder for lunch or dinner. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, cheese spread, butter or margarine, mayonnaise, garlic salt, and parsley. Mix well, and spread on English muffins. Cut the muffins into quarters and arrange them on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 15 minutes. Broil the muffins for the last minute to get them toasted.

CRABMEAT MUFFINS
This recipe is from my mother-in-law. It is one that she is known for. They are delicious and simple to make.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Break the english muffins into halves and toast all 12 halves.
- 3. Meanwhile, mix the mayo, crabmeat, spread, and butter in a bowl. Spread on toasted english muffins. Sprinkle each muffin with garlic powder.
- 4. Lay muffins on baking tray, spread side up, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- 5. Note: You can substitute 5 ounces Cheez Whiz for the Kraft Old English spread if desired or if the Kraft spread is not available.
CRABMEAT ON ENGLISH MUFFINS

Steps:
- 1. Mix the first 4 ingredients at room temperature. Add crab meat and blend well.
- 2. Spread mixture onto untoasted, split English Muffins. Cut into 4ths. At this point you can either bake on a cookie sheet at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Broil the last 5 minutes until golden brown and serve hot.
- 3. or freeze on a cookie sheet until firm and store in air tight bags for later use. See section 2 for baking instructions.
CHEESY CRAB ENGLISH MUFFINS

Steps:
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Add Old English cheese until all is melted.
- Remove from heat, add mayonnaise, parsley and Old Bay.
- Gently fold in crab meat.
- Cut muffins in half.
- LIGHTLY toast muffins (just until they start to toast).
- Cut the muffins into 1/4ths, for appetizers.
- Spread the crab/cheese mixture onto each 1/4th.
- You may freeze at this point.
- To cook, bake at 350°, for 20 minutes, till bubbly.
- For luncheon, spread the mixture on the muffin half and cook as directed.

Steps:
- Mix the Old English Cheddar Cheese, crabmeat, garlic powder and butter together in a mixing bowl. Salt to taste.
- Spread the mixture over 6 english muffin halves.
- Place coated English muffins in the freezer until firm.
- Cut each english muffin half into 12 approximately equal pieces.
- Place in a ziplock bag and freeze until cooked or cook immediately.
- To cook: Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place the pieces on the cookie sheet cheese side up.
- Broil for 10-15 minutes or until the top is brown/ bubbly.
CRAB MELTS
Steps:
- Preheat broiler.
- In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, celery, onion, garlic powder, and TABASCO sauce.
- Fold in crab meat and cheddar cheese.
- Spread mixture evenly on English muffin halves. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Broil until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly.
