KING CRAB APPETIZERS
These crab tartlets have long since been a family favorite and are requested often at holiday get togethers.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease 12 tartlet pans.
- Divide rolls in half and press into the prepared tartlet pans. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, crab, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, green onions and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon 1 teaspoon of mixture into tarts and garnish with paprika.
- Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 15 to 20 minutes, or until light brown. These freeze wonderfully. Just reheat before serving.

CRABMEAT GOODIES - APPETIZER
This is one of those appetizers where you "try a bite" and find you can't stop eating. So yummy! I really tasted the distinct flavors from the Worcestershire sauce and the lemon juice. It's quick to prepare and easy to transport. Great for the holidays, game day, dinner with friends... anytime!

Steps:
- 1. Scrape fine the onion and use the juices.
- 2. Mix cream cheese, Worchteshire sauce, lemon juice, mayo, onion and dash of garlic powder with mixer until smooth.
- 3. Layer the mixture on a large serving plate. Pour 3/4 bottle of chili sauce over the top.
- 4. Sprinkle the crabmeat (drain well) over the mixture.
- 5. Chop the parsley and sprinkle on top. Chill well and serve with crackers.
CRAB ON A MUFFIN APPETIZERS
Simple, delicious, cheesy, freezes well. Can be served as an appetizer or for a luncheon, depending how you slice it. Be sure to take a copy of the recipe along, cause everyone will want a copy -- no kidding!

Steps:
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Add Old English cheese until all is melted.
- Remove from heat, add mayonnaise, parsley and Old Bay.
- Gently fold in crab meat.
- Cut muffins in half.
- LIGHTLY toast muffins (just until they start to toast).
- Cut the muffins into 1/4ths, for appetizers.
- Spread the crab/cheese mixture onto each 1/4th.
- You may freeze at this point.
- To cook, bake at 350°, for 20 minutes, till bubbly.
- For luncheon, spread the mixture on the muffin half and cook as directed.

Steps:
- 1. Mix the first 4 ingredients at room temperature. Add crab meat and blend well.
- 2. Spread mixture onto untoasted, split English Muffins. Cut into 4ths. At this point you can either bake on a cookie sheet at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Broil the last 5 minutes until golden brown and serve hot.
- 3. or freeze on a cookie sheet until firm and store in air tight bags for later use. See section 2 for baking instructions.
