1/2 red pepper, sliced
1 carrot, shredded
2 green onions, chopped
2 T fish sauce
1/2 t sugar
1 T vinegar
paprika
tamarind
Steps:
1) Saute garlic. Add tofu and egg. Add pepper. 2) Add carrots and noodles. Add green onion, fish sauce, and sugar. 3) Combine vinegar and spices and pour over top.
