Steps:
- Heat the oven to 350°F.
- Stir the cream cheese, egg, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce in a medium bowl. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, crabmeat and chives. Spoon the crabmeat mixture into the pastry cups. Sprinkle with the paprika. Place the filled pastry cups onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 5 minutes or until the filling is hot.

- Preheat oven to 400°. In a large saucepan, bring the water, butter and salt to a boil. Add flour all at once and stir until a smooth ball forms. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Continue beating until mixture is smooth and shiny. , Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to a wire rack. Immediately split puffs open; remove tops and set aside. Discard soft dough from inside. Cool puffs. , In a large bowl, combine filling ingredients. Just before serving, spoon 1 teaspoonful filling into each puff; sprinkle with parsley if desired. Replace tops.

- In a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat, bring water, butter and salt to a boil Add flour all at once, stir until a smooth ball forms.
- Remove from heat let stand 5 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

- Drop by tablespoonfuls 3 inchs apart on greased baking sheets.

- Heat the oven to 400°F. Stir the crabmeat, cheese and tomatoes, if desired, in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to fill the pastries.
- Unfold 1 pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Roll the pastry sheet into a 10-inch square. Trim to make a 9-inch square. Cut the pastry into 9 (3-inch) squares. Cut each pastry square in half diagonally to make 2 triangles. Repeat with the remaining pastry sheet, making 36 triangles in all.
- Fold the 2 bottom corners of each pastry triangle to the center and press to seal. Press the pastries into 36 (1 1/2-inch) mini muffin-pan cups, with the pointed end slightly higher on one side of the muffin-pan cup.

- Preheat oven to 400. Line 2 large cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- Place the first sheet of puff pastry on a cutting board and use a rolling pin to roll it out so it is a couple inches longer. Use a pizza cutter to cut into 12 equal squares. Repeat with the second sheet of puff pastry.
- In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, imitation crab, green onions, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Place the crab mixture by tablespoon-fulls into the center of each puff pastry square. Pull opposite corners of the puff pastry square up and press together, leaving the other two corners down (see video). Place the bites onto the cookie sheets.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown. Serve warm.

- Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Roll out the pastry on a lightly floured surface, then cut round a plate to make four 18cm circles. Put in the fridge for 10 mins.
- In the meantime, melt the butter in a frying pan. Cook the leeks for 5 mins until soft. Soak the saffron in 1 tbsp of boiling water for 2 mins. Tip the saffron and soaking liquid into the leeks and cook for 1 min more.
- Put the crabmeat in a bowl with the parsley, breadcrumbs, zest and lemon juice and some seasoning. Stir in the leeks then divide the mix between the four pastry circles, laying the filling on one half of the pastry. Brush the edge with egg then fold the pastry over, pressing the edges together. Brush the pasties with egg and bake for 30-35 mins until golden. Leave to cool then serve warm or at room temperature with extra lemon wedges if you like.

- Heat oven to 375°F In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and horseradish until creamy. Stir in onion, lemon juice and crabmeat until well blended.
- Unroll 1 can of the dough; separate into 4 rectangles. Press each into 8x4-inch rectangle, firmly pressing perforations to seal. With pizza cutter, cut each into 8 squares. Spoon about 1 rounded measuring teaspoon crab mixture onto center of each square.
