I have no idea where this recipe came from - I've had it on a well-used recipe card for years! It's easy to make and perfect for brunch.

Steps:
- Combine eggs, half and half, crab, broccoli, bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper and dill.
- Saute onion, pepper, and mushrooms in butter until tender.
- Combine with egg mixture.
- Place in greased 9x13" pan.
- Bake uncovered at 375 F for 1 hour.
- Stand 10 minutes before serving.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
- In large bowl, mix the eggs, milk, croutons, cheese, onion, and parsley. Stir in the crabmeat. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon into the prepared baking dish, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted into center of the casserole comes out clean. Serve immediately.

- Spray 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place broccoli in bottom of dish; add flaked crab and onion.

IMITATION CRAB CASSEROLE

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Stir in pasta and return to a boil. Cook pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 9 to 11 minutes. Drain.
- Combine cream of onion soup, Cheddar cheese, milk, and mayonnaise in a large bowl.
- Heat 1/4 cup butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli; cook and stir until just tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Transfer broccoli to onion soup mixture; stir in pasta, imitation crabmeat, and tomatoes. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and remaining butter together in a small bowl; sprinkle over crabmeat mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven until brown and bubbly, 35 to 45 minutes.

- Pare outer layer from broccoli. Cut broccoli lengthwise into 1-inch stems; remove flowerets. Cut stems diagonally into 1/4-inch slices. Place broccoli stems in boiling water; heat to boiling. Cover and cook 30 seconds. Add flowerets; heat to boiling. Cover and cook 30 seconds; drain. Immediately rinse in cold water; drain.
- Cut green onions into 1/2-inch pieces; slice lengthwise in half. Mix cornstarch and water.
- Heat wok or 12-inch skillet over high heat. Add vegetable oil; rotate wok to coat side. Add broccoli and garlic; stir-fry 1 minute.
- Add broth; heat to boiling. Stir in cornstarch mixture; cook and stir until thickened. Stir in crabmeat, green onions and sesame oil; cook and stir 1 minute.

- Melt additional 2 Tbsp. of butter and mix with bread crumbs and sprinkle over top.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

- Drain crab and set aside. Cook broccoli until almost tender and arrange in the bottom of greased 1 qt. casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Melt 1/4 cup of butter and saute the onion. Add flour, curry powder and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook until thickened. Stir in lemon juice. Add crab. Pour over broccoli and cheese in casserole. Mix 2 Tb. of melted butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Also does nicely in individual casseroles.
