Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the bottom of the pie crust. Top with the crab meat and sprinkle with the scallions. Whisk together the heavy cream, lemon zest, mustard, seafood seasoning, salt, mace and eggs in a bowl. Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake until the custard sets, about 40 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, milk, mayonnaise and cornstarch. Mix in the imitation crab and Swiss cheese. Pour into pie shell.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix first 5 ingredients throughly in large bowl Mix in cubed Swiss or Baby Swiss Cheese.
- Mix in drained crab meat.
- Pour mix into an unbaked pie shell.

- Add parsley or other garnish if desired.

EASY SHRIMP AND CRAB QUICHE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Unroll the crust into a 9 inch pie plate. Cover the pie crust with parchment paper and load pie weights or dry beans over the paper and pie plate. This will anchor the crust as it bakes.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the pie crust and set aside.
- Combine the eggs, cream, and almond milk in a large bowl.
- Heat a skillet on medium-high heat and add in the olive oil, red peppers, onions, and green peppers. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the onions are translucent and fragrant.
- Remove the vegetables from the skillet and add them to the bowl with the eggs and milk.
- Add in the lump crab, shrimp, and both of the cheeses. Stir to combine.
- Pour the egg and seafood filling over the pie crust.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Adjust the temperature to 300 degrees and bake an additional 15-30 minutes until the quiche has set. The edges should appear firm and there should be a slight jiggle in the center of the quiche. Add additional bake time if necessary.
- Allow the quiche to cool for at least 20 minutes prior to slicing. If you slice too soon it's likely to fall apart.

- For the crust: Mix together rice, egg and soy sauce. Spread evenly to cover a pie plate. Bake rice crust at 350F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Arrange cheese on bottom of crust. Top with crab meat. Sprinkle with green onions.
- Mix together eggs, cream, salt , lemon peel, mustard and nutmeg.

- Preheat oven to 375F. (not fan assisted) with rack in the centre of the oven.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, herbs and seasoning. Stir in grated cheese and crabmeat.
- Pour the egg mixture into thawed, unbaked pie crust (you may have a tiny bit of filling that won't fit). Use a fork to gently distribute the crab and herbs evenly in the pan. Lay several whole chives across the top.

- Roll out one refrigerated pie dough and lay it over a deep pie dish. Then crimp your edges however you like. {You could also use a frozen pie crust...just make sure it's deep dish.}
