Number Of Ingredients 5

2 8 oz packages cream cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pound sausage, browned and drained (I used spicy for an added kick)
1 cup frozen corn
2 cans Rotel

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients into crockpot and cook on low for an hour or two. Serve with tortilla chips

16 oz cream cheese, cut in cubes
2 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 lb sausage, browned and drained
1 can(s) corn, white drained,11 oz can steam crisp (green giant brand)
2 can(s) rotel tomatoes and chiles

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients into crockpot and cook on low for 1-2 hours depending on your crockpot.
  • 2. Serve with tortilla chips.
  • 3. Can adjust the heat by using a hot spicy sausage and the hot Rotel. Can also use yellow corn or the southwestern style corn or the corn with peppers.
