GLAZED COUNTRY RIBS
This is a good recipe for sweet, tender country style ribs.

- In a medium bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, vegetable oil, white wine, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, ground black pepper and rosemary.
- Place ribs in a large, shallow dish, and pierce several times with a fork. Pour 1/2 the marinade over ribs, reserving remainder. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours, or overnight, turning once.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium, indirect heat and lightly oil grate.
- Place ribs on the prepared grill. Cook 10 minutes per side, basting frequently with remaining marinade. Continue cooking 20 minutes, or to desired doneness, turning occasionally.

ROASTED TURKEY BREAST WITH PEACH ROSEMARY GLAZE

- In a large bowl, whisk together 2 cups apple cider, salt, thyme and rosemary. Add turkey breast and enough water to cover the bird. Cover and let brine in the refrigerator 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a small saucepan, saute onions in oil until softened. Add peaches, honey, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and remaining 2 tablespoons apple cider. Bring to a boil. Lower to a simmer and cook until peaches break down and glaze thickens, about 12 minutes.
- Remove turkey from brine and pat dry with paper towels. Brush with oil and season with pepper. Place turkey in a roasting pan. Cook 15 minutes until skin begins to turn golden. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F and brush the top generously with the glaze. Continue cooking until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the breast reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 45 minutes. Let the turkey rest at least 10 minutes. Its temperature will continue to rise.

- Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients. Add peaches and toss to combine. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. or 8-in. square baking dish. Bake 15 minutes., Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, rosemary and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. - Brush the ribs with the oil. In small bowl, combine rosemary, salt and pepper. Season ribs all over with the rosemary mixture. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Prepare medium-hot fire in grill. Place ribs on grill over indirect heat (not directly over heat) and close lid. Grill for 35 to 45 minutes, or until ribs are tender. Occasionally baste ribs on all sides with warmed preserves during last 15 minutes of grilling. Remove from grill and let rest 3 minutes.
