CHEESY CORNED BEEF OMELET RECIPE

Steps:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion. Sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add the potato, corned beef, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add the eggs and fresh milk. Beat the eggs and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan. Pour the egg mixture then cook for 2 minutes. Use a spatula to flip the omelet.
- Put the cooked corned beef and cheese on the half part of the omelet. Use a spatula to fold the omelet over filling. Cook for another 1 minute then remove from heat.
- Transfer gently to a plate then serve.

- Blend cream cheese, basil and lemon juice together. set aside. let come to room temperature.
- Whisk eggs, salt, and pepper together till foamy.
- cut corned beef into thin strips or small diced. lightly saute in pan till hot. remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in skillet on medium heat. Add eggs when pan is hot.
- When eggs are 3/4 way done add cream cheese and corned beef to center of eggs.
- Fold in half, plate and enjoy.

- In a large skillet, saute onions in butter until tender. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk; pour over onions. Cook over medium heat; as the eggs set, lift edges, letting uncooked portion flow underneath., When the eggs are nearly set, sprinkle with the corned beef, cheese and pepper. - Whisk together eggs, milk, caraway seeds, dill, and orange zest.
- Melt butter in a nonstick pan over medium-low heat. Swirl to coat the pan, then pour in the egg mixture. Cover and cook until the eggs are almost set, 3 to 5 minutes.
- While the eggs are cooking, heat the corned beef and sauerkraut in a microwave until moderately hot, 30 to 60 seconds.
- Distribute the hot corned beef, hot sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese over the eggs. Cover, turn off the burner, and allow the cheese to melt.
- Loosen the eggs from the pan using a rubber spatula and carefully fold in half over the fillings. Gently slide the finished omelet onto a plate and top with Thousand Island dressing.
