Steps:
- Preheat grill for medium heat, or preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place each ear of corn on a separate square of aluminum foil. Place 1 tablespoon of butter on each one, and sprinkle with garlic powder. Wrap ears tightly with the foil.
- Place ears of corn on the grill or in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes, turning over occasionally.

BAKED CORN ON THE COB WITH GARLIC HERB BUTTER
Deliciously moist corn baked in the oven and seasoned with garlic and herb butter. You can use just plain butter with salt and pepper if you prefer or any flavoured butter of your choice.

- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Remove all the husks and silks from the corn cobs.
- To make the Herb & Garlic Butter- mix all ingredients together is a small mixing bowl.
- Smear the flavoured butter over the corn cobs. Wrap the corn cobs in aluminium foil and secrely seal.
- Place the corn cobs on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- When cooked remove from the oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes before opening the foil to remove cooked corn. The corn will still be very hot-be careful not to burn yourself on the steam.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and salt heavily, as you would pasta water. Drop the corn and white sugar in the pot and cook for about 5 minutes. Transfer to a kitchen towel to drain.
- Prepare the butter: In a small saucepan, gently melt the butter. Use a small whisk to incorporate the brown sugar, garlic, and aleppo pepper. Simmer for a few seconds, stirring until it forms a paste. The butter will try to separate, keep whisking to hold it together.
- Roast the Corn: Lightly brush the ears of corn with the butter mixture on all sides. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast until they start to brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with the remaining butter.

Steps:
- Preheat Barbeque.
- Pull off the husks and silks and boil the corn cobs in a large saucepan of salted water until tender.
- Drain the corn cobs and leave to cool.
- Melt butter in a saucepan and add the olive oil, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and stir to blend.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish.
- In another shallow dish, blend the breadcrumbs and parsley.
- Roll the corn cobs in the melted butter mixture and then into the breadcrumb mixture until they are well coated.
- Cook the corn cobs on a hot barbeque for about 10 minutes, turning frequently, until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.

- Combine the corn, milk, water and salt together in a large saucepan/pot and bring to the boil.
