- Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 glass baking dish.
- Bake for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until cooked through and golden brown on top.
- Tip: If you like it more bready, bake longer. It will become more like a cornbread. If you like it more like a corn pudding, bake for less time.

- Preheat the oven to 350F. Cpat a 9×9 baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine sour cream, half the melted butter, creamed corn, Mexicorn, dry corn bread mix, and grated cheddar cheese.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top and drizzle the remaining butter onto the crackers.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until center is set and edges are lightly golden.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.

- In a large mixing bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Add milk, melted butter, frozen and creamed corn. Stir with a spoon. Add eggs and stir.
- Pour into a casserole dish. I used a 10 x 10 casserole dish and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes until the center is set and casserole is brown around the edges.
- I usually stir this halfway through the cooking process. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the cheddar cheese. Be sure to drain the whole kernel corn.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish or 10-inch cast iron skillet.

- Top with shredded cheddar. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the top begins to brown.

- Gather the ingredients.

CORN CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Carefully remove the corn from the cob with a knife and put in a food processor. Transfer to a large bowl. Coarsely puree with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. In a saute pan, add the oil and the onions and saute until translucent. Add the onions to the corn mixture. Add the beaten eggs, milk and half of the grated Cheddar and combine. Use 2 teaspoons of oil to coat a 13 by 9-inch baking dish. Transfer the corn mixture to the dish and top with the rest of the grated Cheddar. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the top of the casserole is golden brown.
BAKED CORN CASSEROLE
Steps:
- In a medium sized bowl beat eggs then add sugar and flour and mix well.
- Stir in creamed corn and drained corn then carefully mix in milk until well blended.
- Pour into a buttered 2 qt casserole dish and dot top with cut butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes or until casserole is set.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
