Chicken Cordon Bleu Sliders sound and taste fancy, but they are so easy to make, they will be on your weekly menu!

12 Kings Hawaiian Dinner Rolls, ((one package))
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon cayenne
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 cups Rotisserie chicken, (cooked and shredded)
1 pound sliced ham, (dried with a paper towel)
6 slices Swiss cheese
6 slices Provolone cheese
¼ cup (57g) butter, (melted)
1 teaspoon sea salt
3 teaspoons garlic, (minced)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, (finely chopped)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Split your rolls in half, place the bottom half in a prepared baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread mayonnaise mixture onto the bottom buns.
  • Top with shredded chicken, swiss cheese, sliced ham, and finally Provolone cheese.
  • Place the top half of the buns on top.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the buttered topping ingredients.
  • Brush the top of the rolls with the melted butter mixture.
  • Cover the dish with tinfoil and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F or until the cheese is hot and bubbly.
  • Remove foil, and bake for an additional 5 minutes (or until the tops of the sliders turn a golden brown).
  • Remove from oven, slice and serve

1-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1-1/4 cups finely chopped fully cooked ham
2 packages (12 ounces each) Hawaiian sweet rolls, split
Chopped green onions

Steps:

  • Place chicken in a greased 3-qt. slow cooker; sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Top with cream cheese. Cook, covered, on low, 2-1/2-3 hours or until a thermometer inserted in chicken reads 165°. Remove chicken; shred with 2 forks. Return to slow cooker., Stir in Swiss cheese and ham. Cover and let stand 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir before serving on rolls. Sprinkle with green onion.

A handy and delicious twist on the traditional Chicken Cordon Bleu! These sliders have all the traditional flavors but are easier to make, plus they're incredibly delicious!

1 package of tray buns
8 - 10 chicken fingers, cut in half horizontally *see notes
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon parsley, dried
pinch of thyme, dried
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or minced
12 slices deli ham
8 slices swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350
  • *see notes* If the chicken fingers are raw, precook them according to the package instructions.
  • Slice the tray buns in half, horizontally
  • Mix the butter, parsley, thyme, and garlic together. Melt.
  • Dab the butter on top of the chicken fingers to add more flavor before baking. Also, dab the butter on the surface of the bottom tray buns.
  • Lay the cooked chicken fingers on the bottom layer of the tray buns.
  • Add 4 slices of cheese to cover the fingers
  • Add the deli ham slices
  • Cover the ham with the remaining cheese slices
  • Place the top of the tray buns on top of the cheese slices
  • Using the remaining butter mixture, brush the tops of the buns
  • Roast in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes, until the tops are nice and golden brown, and the cheese is nicely melted.
  • Let rest a few minutes after removing from the oven and be careful as the cheese is extremely hot!

This entree is easy and delicious! It's one of my husband's favorites! Try to use the largest chicken breasts you can find so you'll be able to roll them easier.

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
6 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices cooked ham
½ cup seasoned bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 7x11 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness.
  • Sprinkle each piece of chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. Place 1 cheese slice and 1 ham slice on top of each breast. Roll up each breast, and secure with a toothpick. Place in baking dish, and sprinkle chicken evenly with bread crumbs.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from oven, and place 1/2 cheese slice on top of each breast. Return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Remove toothpicks, and serve immediately.

12 rhodes dinner rolls or 12 rhodes warm-n-serv dinner rolls, baked following instructions on bag
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon poppy seed
12 slices deli chicken
6 slices deli ham
12 slices swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Combine honey, mustard, mayonnaise and poppy seeds and mix well. Slice rolls. Spread bottom of sliced roll with honey mustard spread. Layer 1/2 slice chicken 1/2 slice ham another 1/2 slice chicken on top of spread. Top with slice of Swiss cheese.
  • Place on baking sheet and melt in 350°F oven for 1-2 minutes just until cheese is melted. Remove from oven. Spread each top piece of rolls with spread and place on top of melted cheese.

  • To make the sauce, whisk together the sauce ingredients and spread about 1 tsp of sauce on each half.
  • Place a slice of ham, draped and folded, into a pile, on one half of each roll. Place a half slice of cheese over the ham. Layer a slice of chicken, again draped and folded into a pile, over the cheese. Place the second half slice of cheese over the chicken. Divide any remaining cheese between the rolls and place the top roll over each slider.
  • Combine the melted butter, garlic powder and parsley in a small dish and brush over the tops of the rolls. Bake the sliders for 5 to 6 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and serve with extra honey mustard sauce, if desired. Enjoy!
