Steps:
- In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, ketchup and garlic powder. Blend well.
- Add Worcestershire sauce. Blend well.
- Cover surface of sauce with lots of black pepper, until just coated. Blend well.
- Repeat process covering surface with black pepper and stir until blended well.
- Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator for at least two hours prior to use to allow the flavors to mingle.

- 1.Measure mayo and place into a medium-size mixing bowl.
- 2.Add garlic powder, molasses, and ketchup to the mixture and stir to blend.
- 3.Top the mixture with Worcestershire sauce and black pepper. Stir well until the mixture appears even and smooth. Add a little volume to the mix by using a hand blender.
- 4.Cover the top of the mixing bowl with plastic wrap, then place in the refrigerator for at least two hour. Optimally, the sauce will be stored in the refrigerator overnight for maximum flavor.

This sauce is really good with chicken and a great alternative to the traditional BBQ sauce. I like the full teaspoon of black pepper. This is also great on a chicken sandwich.

- Whisk mayonnaise, ketchup, and garlic powder together in a bowl; add Worcestershire sauce to the mayonnaise mixture and whisk until smooth.

- 1.Cut chicken breasts across into half-inch pieces.
- 2.Place the chicken and buttermilk into a shallow dish and cover.
- 3.Chill the chicken for at least fifteen minutes.
- 4.Pour the oil into a deep frying pan and heat to 375 degrees.
- 5.Combine the bread crumbs, cornflakes, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a shallow bowl.
- 6.Beat the egg in another shallow bowl.
- 7.Place the flour in a shallow plate.
- 8.Cover the chicken fingers in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally cover them with the cornflake and bread crumb mixture.
- 9.Place the coated chicken in the hot oil and fry for 6 to 8 minutes. Drain the Chicken Fingerz on a paper towel-lined plate.
