This buttermilk garlic dressing made with sour cream and mayo adds the creamy touch you're looking for.

2/3 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk

Steps:

  • Blend all in blender until smooth. Let sit in refrigerator so flavors can blend. User as salad dressing or veggie dip.

1 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Alternatively, place all ingredients into a large bowl and whisk well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight before using.
