EASY, BREEZY, CHEESY STUFFED BREAD (DOMINO'S® COPYCAT RECIPE)
This cheesy stuffed bread is crispy on top, chewy inside and very cheesy, but beware... it's very dangerous. You can get addicted! I fell in love with this particular side from Domino's® and have been searching for a comparable recipe. After some trial and error I figured out one that is pretty darn close and won't cost me $12 for food, delivery fee, and tip when the craving is overwhelming late at night and my toddler is fast asleep. Serve with marinara sauce.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a large baking sheet.
- Roll dough out into a large rectangle on a flat work surface. Brush with 3 tablespoons melted butter and sprinkle with cornmeal. Flip dough over and scatter mozzarella cheese, Mexican cheese blend, and 1 cup Cheddar cheese on top. Fold the dough in half and press edges together with your fingers to seal.
- Brush remaining 1 tablespoon butter over dough and lightly sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon Cheddar cheese, dried parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder. Make shallow cuts 1 inch apart across the top with a knife, so that you can easily pull the bread apart after baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bread is golden brown and cheese is bubbly about 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before pulling strips apart.

DOMINOS STYLE STUFFED CHEESY GARLIC BREAD
Steps:
- Firstly, take warm milk, sugar, and active dry yeast in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.Rest for 10 minutes in a warm place. After 10 minutes, yeast is activated. (*You will start seeing tiny bubbles)
- Furthermore, add oil, butter, maida (all-purpose flour), and salt. Butter is optional here.
- Then add minced garlic, oregano, and red chili flakes. Knead the dough well for at least 10 minutes (to activate gluten). You can add 1-2 tablespoons of extra water if the dough is too tight. Make the dough smooth and stretchy; otherwise garlic bread will turn hard and chewy.
- Allow the dough for proofing. Lightly drizzle some oil on the bowl and the dough. Cover it with a tea towel or cling wrap and let it proof for 2 hours in a warm place.ORYou can use an Instant Pot. Oil the Instant pot steel insert, place the dough. Close the lid, select the 'YOGURT' button, set the pressure value to 'Sealing,' and set the timer to 1 hour.
- Mix in melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley or coriander leaves in a small bowl.
- After 1 hour, the dough should have doubled in size, then punch the dough. Next, I proofed (raised) the dough in Instant Pot.
- Sprinkle lots of cornmeal (also known as "makki ka atta" in Hindi) on a flat surface (for outer crunchy coating). Roll the dough into a circle.
- Meanwhile, place parchment paper or spread some butter on the baking tray. Transfer prepared circle onto the tray, spread the prepared garlic butter over the dough generously.
- Further spread some mayonnaise, top with boiled sweet corn and mozzarella cheese on one half of the circle. Also, season with chili flakes and oregano on top.
- Fold the dough into a semicircle and seal the edges properly else the cheese will come out.
- Then brush a generous amount of prepared garlic butter on top along with some chili flakes and oregano seasoning.
- Mark the garlic bread into breadsticks without cutting them entirely.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius (365 °F) for 20-25 minutes or until you have a nice golden brown color.
- Cut the stuffed garlic bread into breadsticks when hot.Serve hot with mayonnaise or cream cheese, or garlic dipping.

I whipped this up the other day and loved it! WARNING: I DIDN'T MEASURE THE ONE TIME THAT I MADE IT, SO ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE APPROXIMATE GUESSES. ALSO, CONSUME AT YOUR OWN RISK - HIGHLY ADDICTIVE! LOL. The next time I make it I will try to measure and edit accordingly. Most everything is to taste, so if something is a little off it shouldn't matter all that much. Please post your reviews and let me know what you think! : )

Steps:
- Make the dough: Whisk the sugar and 3/4 cup warm water (about 105 degrees F) in a bowl. Sprinkle the yeast on top and set aside until foamy, about 10 minutes. Stir in the vegetable oil. Whisk the flour and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center, pour in the yeast mixture and stir with a wooden spoon to make a shaggy dough. Turn out onto a generously floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes, dusting with more flour as needed. Form into a ball. Brush a large bowl with vegetable oil; add the dough, turning to coat with the oil. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and set aside at room temperature until doubled in size, about 1 hour, 30 minutes.
- Make the filling and topping: Toss 1/2 cup mozzarella, the cheddar, pecorino, garlic salt, granulated garlic and dried parsley in a bowl. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Put an inverted baking sheet in the oven; preheat for 10 minutes. Line another inverted baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle with the cornmeal. Cut the dough in half; transfer 1 piece to the parchment-lined baking sheet and stretch into an 8-inch square (keep the other piece of dough covered). Sprinkle 1 side of the square with 1/2 cup of the remaining mozzarella, then fold the dough in half to enclose the cheese, pressing to seal. Slice the dough crosswise at 1-inch intervals, stopping just before the folded edge. Sprinkle with half of the cheese-garlic mixture. Move the dough to 1 side of the baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough, mozzarella and cheese-garlic mixture on the other side of the baking sheet. Slide the bread on the parchment onto the hot baking sheet in the oven. Bake until the dough is cooked through and the cheese is golden brown, 12 to 14 minutes. Let cool slightly, then pull apart into breadsticks.
