Weetabix porridge is a healthy, tasty and filling breakfast that is quick and easy to make.

Steps:
- In a bowl, add 150 ml of the milk to the Weetabix and leave until the Weetabix has absorbed all the milk.
- Add the porridge and the rest of the milk and stir.
- Put the bowl into the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Stir and enjoy.
- Optional: Add fruit if desired.

- Place the So Good Coconut Milk, apple juice, oats and chia seeds into a medium sized pot and bring to a gentle boil.
- Turn down and simmer for 3 minutes, then crumble the Weet-Bix into the porridge.
- Spoon the mixture into some glass jars or bowls and sprinkle the dessicated coconut and chopped apricots on top. Serve hot or cold.

- In a saucepan combine the oats, oat milk, cocoa powder, coconut sugar and chia. Whisk to combine and bring to a boil on high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until oats are desired consistency, 5 to 10 minutes. (They will thicken slightly as they cool).
- Divide chocolate oatmeal between two bowls and top with your favourite toppings. I used peanut butter, blueberries, and chocolate chips.
