PRETZEL CRUSTED KEY LIME BARS
Pretzel Crusted Key Lime Bars are the perfect balance of salty and sweet. The key lime filling is tart, creamy, and smooth and combined with the crunch of the pretzel crust they are delicious!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9 pan with foil and coat lightly with nonstick spray. Set aside.
- In a food processor or blender pulverize the pretzels until they are a fine crumb. (You don't want dust, but you don't want chunks or it won't stay together)
- In a large bowl stir together your pretzel crumbs, butter, salt, and sugar.
- Press the mixture firmly into your prepared pan and slightly up the sides. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden. Let the crust cool while you prepare the filling.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice.
- Pour the mixture into the warm crust.
- Bake for 12-15minutes, or until just set.
- Allow the bars to cool until room temperature, and then cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours, or overnight.

KEY LIME AND PRETZEL PIE
This unusual pie will have even the pickiest eater begging for more!! This recipe can use all fat free ingredients.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C.) Spray 9 inch pie plate with non-stick spray. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in sugar. Remove from stove. Stir in crushed pretzels until mixed well. Press into pie plate. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes. Cool before filling.
- In a medium bowl, combine key lime juice and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well and pour into crust. Chill in refrigerator overnight.
- When ready to serve. Spoon the whipped topping into a pastry bag and pipe it decoratively around the outer edge of filling.

CREAMY LIME BARS
These creamy and sweet lime bars are a lovely choice when you want a refreshing treat. They are like a key lime pie in bar form (and will transport your taste buds to The Keys). The crust is a little salty and sweet. It's the perfect complement to the tart and sweet lime filling. Yum!

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line 13 x 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- 2. Combine pretzels, granulated sugar, and butter in medium bowl; mix well. Press crumb mixture firmly onto bottom of prepared pan.
- 3. Bake crust for 7 to 10 minutes.
- 4. Mix sweetened condensed milk, eggs, lime juice, orange juice, and lime peel in a large bowl.
- 5. Pour evenly over crust.
- 6. Bake 25 minutes. Cool and chill.
- 7. May garnish with powdered sugar, whipped topping, and lime slices before serving. Cut into bars.
COOL LIME PIE
It took some experimenting, but I've finally come up with the perfect lime pie ... refreshing and easy. The pretzel crust adds an extra special touch and every time I serve it, I get rave reviews! When ready to serve, garnish each slice with a dollop of whipped topping and a lime slice.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- To Make Crust: In a medium bowl, combine pretzels, sugar and butter. Press into a lightly greased 9 inch pie pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes. Let cool completely.
- To Make Filling: In a large bowl, combine limeade and condensed milk. Whisk in pudding mix. Allow mixture to set for 5 minutes. Stir in lime peel, then fold in whipped topping. Stir in green food coloring if desired.
- Pour mixture into cooled pie crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
