2 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
½ (8 ounce) carton sour cream
1 green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon cracked black pepper

Steps:

  • Place cucumbers into a salad bowl and combine with sour cream, green onion, dill, kosher salt, and pepper. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate salad for 30 minutes before serving.
