Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate with sweetened condensed milk and melt in the microwave in 15-second increments.
  • Once chocolate is fully melted, add in chopped cookies and stir until combined.
  • Pour chocolate mixture into a parchment paper-lined 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking tin.
  • Chill for 2 hours or until the fudge is firm.
  • Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Enjoy!

16 Oreo cookies, broken into chunks, divided
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
2-2/3 cups white baking chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Crushed peppermint candies, optional

Steps:

  • Line an 8-in. square dish with aluminum foil; coat with cooking spray. Place half of the broken cookies in pan. , In a heavy saucepan, combine the milk, butter and chips; cook and stir over low heat until chips are melted. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. , Pour over cookies in pan. Sprinkle with remaining cookies and peppermint candies if desired. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut into squares.

14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (leave some larger chunks)

Steps:

  • Heat milk in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute. Place white chocolate chips in a large glass bowl and pour warm milk over the chocolate. Let sit for 30 seconds-1 minute. Stir mixture until the chocolate is fully melted and incorporated with the milk. Add vanilla and cookie pieces. Gently stir until combined.
  • Pour into an 8x8 baking dish that has been lined with parchment paper or foil. Place in refrigerator for several hours to firm. Once firm, remove from pan and cut into 64 pieces.

1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
dash salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
7 ounces marshmallow fluff
20 oreos, crushed

Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl (with a stand mixer preferred), add white chocolate morsels and marshmallow crème. Set aside.
  • In a large saucepan melt butter with sugar, heavy cream and salt. Cook and stir over medium high heat until mixture begins to boil.
  • Continue stirring and boil for 5 full minutes. Remove from heat. Pour mixture into bowl over the white chocolate and marshmallow.
  • Beat with whisk for 1-2 minutes until white chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth. Fold in crushed oreos.
  • Pour fudge into a 9-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper. Allow to set at room temperature for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Remove from baking dish with parchment paper. Trim off edges (if you want perfect squares) then cut fudge into 1-inch bite sized pieces.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 cups marshmallow creme
8 ounces almond bark or 8 ounces vanilla candy coating, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon vanilla
12 Oreo cookies, broken into bite-size pieces

Steps:

  • Line 8-inch-square pan with foil so that foil extends over sides of pan; butter foil.
  • In large heavy duty saucepan, combine sugar, margarine, and milk.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • Continue boiling 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add marshmallow creme, candy coating and vanilla; blend until smooth.
  • Pour half of mixture into foil-lined pan.
  • Sprinkle cookie pieces over entire surface.
  • Top with remaining mixture.
  • Cool to room temperature.
  • Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or until set.
  • Remove fudge from pan by lifting foil; remove foil from fudge.
  • Using large knife, cut into squares.
  • Store in refrigerator.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Coat an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray. Chop cookies coarsely.

1 5-oz can evaporated milk (2/3 cup)
1 1/2 12-oz packages white chocolate chips (3 cups)
1 7-oz jar marshmallow cream or 1 (10-oz) package mini marshmallows
3 cups coarsely crushed Oreo cookies (about 25 cookies, divided)

Steps:

  • To make it easy to remove fudge and cut into small pieces, line a 9-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Stir together sugar, butter, and milk in a medium-size saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 3 minutes without stirring.Set a timer; don't guess. Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips and marshmallow cream; stir until both have melted and mixture is smooth. Gently stir in 2 1/2 cups crushed cookies.
  • Pour fudge in prepared pan and spread to the edges of the pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup crushed cookies over warm fudge and press down gently with fingertips. Let cool completely on a wire rack (about 2 hours). You can speed this up by placing in the refrigerator. Cut into 48 pieces (8x6).

Steps:

  • Combine cream, milk, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan and heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Pour into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator or in an ice bath until completely cool.
  • Place the chocolate sandwich cookies into a gallon size plastic bag. Using a rolling pin or a rubber mallet, break up the cookies being sure to leave some larger pieces. Store the cookies in the freezer.
  • Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. When the ice cream is nearly finished freezing, pour the frozen cookie pieces into the machine, and allow to mix thoroughly. (You will still have to stir it up a bit after the machine is done.)
  • Store in an air tight container and freeze for an additional 2 hours.
