- Chill for 2 hours or until the fudge is firm.

Place half of the broken cookies in pan. , In a heavy saucepan, combine the milk, butter and chips; cook and stir over low heat until chips are melted. - Heat milk in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute. Place white chocolate chips in a large glass bowl and pour warm milk over the chocolate. Let sit for 30 seconds-1 minute. Stir mixture until the chocolate is fully melted and incorporated with the milk. Add vanilla and cookie pieces. Gently stir until combined.
- Pour into an 8x8 baking dish that has been lined with parchment paper or foil. Place in refrigerator for several hours to firm. Once firm, remove from pan and cut into 64 pieces.

- In a mixing bowl (with a stand mixer preferred), add white chocolate morsels and marshmallow crème. Set aside.
- In a large saucepan melt butter with sugar, heavy cream and salt. Cook and stir over medium high heat until mixture begins to boil.
- Continue stirring and boil for 5 full minutes. Remove from heat. Pour mixture into bowl over the white chocolate and marshmallow.
- Beat with whisk for 1-2 minutes until white chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth. Fold in crushed oreos.
- Pour fudge into a 9-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper. Allow to set at room temperature for 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove from baking dish with parchment paper. Trim off edges (if you want perfect squares) then cut fudge into 1-inch bite sized pieces.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

- Line 8-inch-square pan with foil so that foil extends over sides of pan; butter foil.
- In large heavy duty saucepan, combine sugar, margarine, and milk.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Continue boiling 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Add marshmallow creme, candy coating and vanilla; blend until smooth.
- Pour half of mixture into foil-lined pan.

- Combine cream, milk, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan and heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator or in an ice bath until completely cool.
- Place the chocolate sandwich cookies into a gallon size plastic bag. Using a rolling pin or a rubber mallet, break up the cookies being sure to leave some larger pieces. Store the cookies in the freezer.
- Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. When the ice cream is nearly finished freezing, pour the frozen cookie pieces into the machine, and allow to mix thoroughly. (You will still have to stir it up a bit after the machine is done.)
- Store in an air tight container and freeze for an additional 2 hours.
