COLA BURGERS

Steps:

• Combine the egg, 1/4 c. cola, crackers, 2 tbsp. dressing, cheese and salt.
• Add the beef and mix well.
• Shape into six patties.
• In a bowl, combine the remaining cola and dressing.
• Grill patties, uncovered, for 3 min. a side.
• Brush with cola mixture.
• Grill 8-10 min. longer or until juices run clear basting and turning as needed.
• Serve on buns.

COLA BURGERS

Steps:

• Preheat a grill for high heat. When the grill is hot, lightly oil the grate.
• In a medium bowl, mix together the egg, 1/4 cup of cola, crackers, 2 tablespoons of French dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Crumble in the ground beef, and mix well. Form into 6 balls, and pat into 3/4 inch patties. Pour the remaining cola and dressing into a small bowl, and mix well.
• Grill burgers for about 3 minutes per side. Brush with the dressing and cola, then grill for 8 to 10 more minutes, basting occasionally.

COLA BURGERS

Steps:

• 1. Preheat grill until it reaches 400 degrees. In a bowl, mix together egg, 1/4 cup of coca cola, crackers, 2 tablespoons French dressing and parmesan cheese. Mix in the ground beef. Form into 6 patties. Pour the remaining Coca-Cola and dressing into a small bowl, and mix well. Grill burgers, brushing with the coca cola during grilling. Grill for about6 minutes in each side. Makes 6 servings.
