Chocolate cake with cola soda and a rich pecan frosting.

Steps:
- Combine flour and white sugar in mixing bowl. Heat 1 cup butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, and 1 cup cola soft drink to boiling and pour over the flour and sugar. Mix thoroughly.
- Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, vanilla, and marshmallows and mix well.
- Bake in a prepared 9 by 13 inch pan for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- While still hot, frost with Coco Cola Frosting: Combine 1/2 cup butter or margarine, 2 tablespoons cocoa and 6 tablespoons cola soft drink and heat to boiling. Pour over 4 cups confectioners' sugar and mix well. Mix in chopped nuts and spread over hot cake.

COCA-COLA MEATLOAF
This is an old family recipe, my grandmother got it from her youngest sister Grace, I am not sure about the year... but it was before I was born. This is a moist meat loaf and has a great flavor. Grandma always served this with corn, peas or green beans and mashed potatoes with a tomato gravy or a brown gravy.

Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl: Put egg, pop, catsup, mustard and bread crumbs and mix together well. Add spices, fresh parsley and onion, mixing well. Add the ground beef and mix together well.
- 2. Put into a loaf pan (9x5 inches). Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 75 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest on counter or stove top about 10 minutes before cutting.
- 3. Optional Topping: Halfway through cooking, quickly spread the tomato paste over the meatloaf with a knife. Pour stewed tomatoes over the top. Return to oven to finish baking.

- Set oven to 300 degrees.
- Grease two 9 x 5-in loaf pans, or mini loaf pans.
- Puree the bananas; set aside.
- Mix together the sugars, oil, eggs and vanilla.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9"-x-13" pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, Coke, and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil, whisking continuously. Remove from heat and whisk in eggs and buttermilk. Pour into flour mixture and mix until combined.
- Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
