COCONUT BLONDIES WITH DARK CHOCOLATE
Chewy coconut and dark chocolate combine in these irresistible blondies.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together the flours and salt and set aside. Combine the butter and brown sugar in a bowl and beat until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla and stir well. Slowly add the flour mixture. Stir in the coconut and chocolate chips.
- Scrape the batter into a well-greased 9x13 pan. Spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle additional coconut on top.
- Bake for 28 minutes, or until the bars are lightly browned around the edges and set in the middle. Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

- Combine the bourbon, lemon juice, lime juice, and syrup. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, and fill two-thirds full with the cocktail mixture. Shake for 30 seconds and pour into martini glasses. Add a maraschino cherry and serve ice cold.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal. Press crust into ungreased 10 by 15-inch baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix eggs, nuts, brown sugar, and coconut until well blended; spread over baked crust.
- Bake an additional 30 minutes or until set.
- While still warm, loosen the edges with a metal spatula. Mix together the powdered sugar, lime juice, and zest with a fork. Working quickly, spread the lime paste all over the top with a spatula while still warm. Let cool to room temperature and cut into bars. Cut 11 cuts crosswise and 3 cuts lengthwise.
