With more coconut water than vodka, this cocktail is basically a health drink!

Number Of Ingredients 4

Ingredients

Ice
1 1/2 ounces vodka (we like Crop Organic)
6 ounces coconut water
Orange twist, for garnish

Steps:

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add vodka and coconut water; stir to combine. Garnish with an orange twist.

VIOLET EYES {LAVENDER COCONUT SOUR}

Ingredients

1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons dried lavender flowers
1/2 oz lavender simple syrup
1 1/2 oz Absolut Elyx
1 oz coconut water
1/2 egg white
1/2 oz lemon juice

Steps:

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, water, and lavender. Allow to come to a boil, then reduce heat to low and allow mixture to simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before draining through a sieve to remove lavender buds.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in 1/2 oz of the simple syrup, along with Absolut Elyx, coconut water, egg white, and lemon juice. Shake until frothy, then pour into a coupe glass. Top with edible flowers or more dried lavender.

4 cups coconut water
4 ounces vodka
2 tablespoons agave sweetener, or more to taste
2 limes, juiced (about 1/4 cup)
2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger, plus 4 thinly sliced rounds fresh ginger, for garnish

Steps:

Stir or shake the coconut water, vodka, agave, lime juice and grated ginger together in a cocktail shaker and pour over ice into 4 highball glasses. Garnish the glasses with the ginger rounds.
