1 oz Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum
2 oz half and half
1/4 tsp vanilla
Honey and coconut flakes for garnish (opt)

Steps:

Pour your Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum, half and half and vanilla over ice in your shaker. Shake it up! Dip the rim of your martini glass in honey and then in coconut flakes for garnish. Pour your Coconut Cream Martini and enjoy!

1 ounce vanilla vodka, well chilled
1/3 cup coconut cream, chilled
1 ounce coconut rum
1 vanilla bean

Steps:

Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Strain into a martini glass and serve with the vanilla bean folded into it. (so both ends peek out).

ground cinnamon
2 cinnamon sticks

Steps:

Combine all ingredients, except cinnamon sticks, in a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into martini glasses. Top each with a dash of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.
Serves 2.
