1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup butter, melted
1 ½ cups sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins®)
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 ¼ cups pecan halves
1 cup flaked coconut
¾ cup white chocolate chips
¾ cup bittersweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter together in a bowl; press into the prepared baking dish.
  • Stir cranberries, sweetened condensed milk, pecans, coconut, white chocolate chips, and bittersweet chocolate chips together in a bowl; gently spread over the graham cracker crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden brown, 25 to 28 minutes; cool on a wire rack.

1/2 cup butter, melted
1-1/2 cups white baking chips
1-1/2 cups dried cranberries
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup pecan halves

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter until crumbly; press onto bottom of a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients; spread gently over crust., Bake until edges are golden brown, 25-28 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into bars.

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup cold Land O Lakes® Butter cut into chunks
Topping
2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
3 large Land O Lakes® Eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine 1 1/2 cups flour and sugar in bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  • Combine all topping ingredients in bowl; mix well. Spread over hot, partially baked crust. Continue baking 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into bars.

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons cold butter
FILLING:
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon whole milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1-1/2 teaspoons grated orange zest

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, pecans, brown sugar and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press onto a greased 9-in. square baking dish. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned., Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Combine the eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla; add to the dry ingredients. Fold in the cranberries, coconut, pecans and orange zest. Pour over crust. Bake 25-30 minutes longer or until set. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.

1 cup shelled pistachio nuts
1 cup almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup dried cranberries
½ cup sesame seeds
½ cup tahini paste
½ cup raw agave, coconut nectar or honey
½ cup cacao butter melted
1 tspn Himalayan or Celtic sea salt

Steps:

  • Place sesame seeds in a coffee grinder and grind until powdered. Place powder in a food processor with almonds and process until almonds are almost ground into a meal. Add Pistachios, sunflower seeds, coconut, cranberries and salt and pulse around half a dozen times to roughly chop and combine the mixture. Empty into a large mixing bowl, add all other ingredients and then mix through well with a large spoon. Line a shallow baking tray with waxed paper, press mixture very firmly into tray, (remembering to press well into the corners) then place in the fridge to set for approximately 30 minutes. Once set, remove from fridge and from tray then cut into small bars with a large, sharp knife. Will stay fresh in a refrigerated, sealed container for around 2 months.

1 1/2 c flour
3/4 c granulated sugar
3/4 c softened butter(. not real soft. still cold)
TOP OF CRUST
2 c sweetened flaked coconut
1 c dried cranberries,or craisins
3/4 c brown sugar packed
1/3 c flour
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c chopped walnuts
3 eggs

Steps:

  • 1. Pre- heat oven to 350 degree's. Get a 9x13 inch pans out
  • 2. Combine first 3 ingredients. Mix flour and sugar together. slice the butter in to the flour mix. Get your hands in there and keep mixing and squeezing the flour in to the butter until you have pea size balls.
  • 3. press in to the 13x9 inch pan bottom and slightly up the sides of the pan.Bake crust for about 15 minutes,or until crust sides are slightly browned.Remove from oven.
  • 4. Slightly beat eggs,add brown sugar,flour,vanilla,salt,coconut,walnuts,and cranberries. Mix really well. Top the crust with this mixture. Smooth filling over crust. Return to oven and bake 20- minutes,or until top is browned nicely.
  • 5. Cool and cut in to squares. Do not over brown these. When they are ready. They will be slightly brown. If you over brown them. They will taste dry,but still good. LOL

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Mix together the crust ingredients and press into the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish.
  • Sprinkle on the white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, walnuts, cranberries, and coconut.
  • Mix together the heavy cream, sweetener, and egg very well. It is easiest to just do this in a blender. Drizzle over the toppings.

1/2 cup flaked coconut, sweetened

Steps:
