- In a bowl, combine flour and confectioners' sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans. Press into an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes or until crust is set and edges are lightly browned. , Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Spread over crust. Bake 8-10 minutes longer or until set. Cool to room temperature., For topping, process mixed berries and sugar in a blender or food processor until blended. In a saucepan, combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Add mixed berry mixture. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Set mixture aside to cool, stirring frequently., Spread berry mixture over the cream cheese layer. Arrange fresh fruit on top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.

- Pat cookie dough into an ungreased 14-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes or until deep golden brown; cool. , In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit on top. , In a saucepan, bring the sugar, orange juice, water, lemon juice, cornstarch and salt to a boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes or until thickened. Cool; brush over fruit. Chill. Store in refrigerator.

- DIRECTIONS: Line a pizza pan with foil. Grease with butter a 9-10″ circle. Combine all crust ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Using fingers, spread and press firmly the coconut crust mixture into a 9-10″ circle on a greased sheet pan. Bake at 325º for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate overnight. The day you want to serve, place crust on flat cake plate. Whip cream with a splash of vanilla and sweetener of your choice (I like coconut or vanilla DaVinci sugar free syrup). I always add a dusting of glucomannan powder to my whipped cream when I need it to "firm it up" for things like this, but this is not absolutely necessary if you don't have any. Spread whipped cream evenly over coconut crust and top with raspberries, sliced strawberries or if on the fruit rung of OWL, this is good with thinly sliced peaches. Chill for an hour and then cut into 8 wedges and serve. - Preheat oven to 325F. Place coconut flour, arrowroot, and salt into a medium mixing bowl and stir together. Add maple syrup, coconut oil, egg, and vanilla and blend together. Spread mixture onto a 10 to 12-inch pizza pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 8-10 minutes or until a light golden brown. Remove and let cool completely before assembling the pizza.
- Make sure your can of coconut milk/cream has been refrigerated for at least several hours or until the cream and water have separated. Drain the water/liquid part of the can and use only the cold (hard) coconut cream. Place the hardened coconut cream into a mixing bowl, along with 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (I like to use raw white honey thats a little more on the firm side to keep the whipped cream from becoming to liquid-y) and mix with a blender or whisk until fluffy. Add more sweetener as needed.
- Make sure crust is completely cooled before assembling. Spread coconut whipped cream over the top of the crust and begin topping with sliced fruit in whatever arrangement you like. Top with flowers or mint, if using. Keep refrigerated until serving. Makes about 8-10 slices/servings.

- Add oats, buckwheat and seeds to a blender and process until crumbly. Add in all remaining ingredients apart from the water and pulse to combine. Slowly add water and process until the mixture starts to come together. It should stick together easily in your fingers.

- Use a large mixing bowl and mix flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda together. Set aside.
- Using a food processor or mixer, mix coconut oil, honey, coconut sugar and vanilla together. Mix until ingredients are combined. Add egg and continue to mix.
