- Combine the ingredients in a heavy saucepan and gradually bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat slightly to obtain a gentle simmer. - Use as you would any sauce, noting the strong affinity this sauce has for chicken, ribs, and pork.
COCA-COLA BBQ SAUCE FOR RIBS
I love the sauce used on these BBQ'ed ribs, as does everyone that has tried them. I use the Country Style Pork Ribs and I prefer cooking them on the grill using indirect heat for hours, but I have used the oven as well. I mop the sauce on often and generously. I serve the sauce on-the-side as well. Recipe Origin - Jim Budros

COCA-COLA BARBECUE SAUCE
This is an awesome Barbecue Sauce. The taste is "just perfect". A lot of the bottled sauces are too tangy, too strong, etc. This does not get super thick and it has more of a mild flavor. You can use it on anything but the author highly recommends it on Chicken, ribs and pork. The recipe is from Steven Raichlen, author of The "Barbecue Bible".
