2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 cup seeded and chopped tomato
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/4-1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 lb fresh lump crabmeat, drained
chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Combine first 11 ingredients in a large nonstick skillet; place over low heat, and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Gently fold in crabmeat. Spoon into serving bowl, and garnish, if desired.
  • Serve with French bread slices toasted with Casino Butter (recipe posted separately).

This satisfying seafood dip features lump crabmeat, fresh shrimp, smoked cheese, and crowd-pleasing spices. Best of all? It takes only five minutes to prep.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons whole-grain mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/2 pound lump crabmeat
1/2 cup chopped cooked shrimp (about 1/4 pound)
1/3 cup shredded smoked cheese
1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Steps:

  • Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Stir in crab, shrimp, and cheese. Spoon mixture into a 3-cup baking dish. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with almonds.
