Steps:
- Cook hamburger, green pepper, onion, salt and pepper, until meat is browned.
- Remove from heat and drain off excess grease.
- Pour in potato soup and mix well.
- DO NOT ADD WATER.
- Line bottom of a deep dish pie pan with 1 pie crust.
- Spoon in 1/2 of meat mixture, top with 1/2 of cheese; repeat with the rest of meat mixture and cheese.
- Put top crust on and seal edges with fork.
- Mix egg well and brush on top crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees until crust is golden brown.

IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE
This is a Bisquick classic. This is one of my husband's favorites. And, I thought I lost the recipe and just found the card for it. Thought I should post it before I lost it. ***you can use the reduced fat Bisquick and skim milk to lower the fat content. it comes out EXCELLENT**

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
- In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown, drain. Stir in salt, spread in pie plate and sprinkle with cheese.
- In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients with fork or wire wisk until well blended. Pour in pie plate.
- Bake 25 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.

- Heat oven to 400°F Spray 9" pie pan.
- Brown hamburger and onion. Spread into pie pan. Sprinkle with the cheese.
- Stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs together with a fork until blended and pour over hamburger and onions in the pie pan.
- Bake for about 25 minute.

Hamburger, tomato soup, green beans and mashed potatoes--sounds gross! You will be surprised, this is really good!! This is an old recipe, I remember my mom making it over 30 years ago. There is not much you have to add to make it a meal, maybe some buttered bread.

Steps:
- Cook potatoes until tender, mash with milk, butter, salt and pepper.
- While potatoes are cooking, brown ground beef and onions, drain off fat.
- Drain liquid from green beans.
- Stir tomato soup and green beans in to ground beef.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Turn beef mixture in to a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Spoon mashed potatoes over the top.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
- (Note: you may want to place a sheet of foil under the casserole dish, this tends to "bubble over").

- Brown meat with onion and green pepper.
- Drain.
- Add tomato sauce, beans, and seasonings and let simmer.
- Press dinner rolls into a pie plate forming a pie crust.
- Take 1 cup cheese and mix with egg.
- Pour over bottom of the pie crust.
- Drain excess juice from meat mixture.
- Pour meat mixture into pie plate.
- Spread with remaining cheese.
- Sprinkle with paparika.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
