2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup rum
crushed ice
soda water
lime slice

Steps:

Stir together lime juice, sugar and rum in a measuring cup until sugar is dissolved.
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Pour mixture over ice and add a splash of soda water.
Garnish with lime slices.

1/2 lime (cut into 4 wedges)
1 tablespoon sugar
2 ounces citrus-infused rum
ice
club soda

Steps:

Place the lime wedges in the bottom of a highball glass. Add the sugar and muddle the limes with the sugar (crush the limes and sugar together).
Pour in the citrus rum and stir well. Fill glass with ice.
Top up with club soda.
Stir gently.
Garnish with additional lime slices if desired.
