1 quart French vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 cup shredded coconut

Steps:

  • Soften the vanilla ice cream until it is workable but not melted.
  • Fold in cinnamon and shredded coconut, streaking both through the ice cream.
  • Refreeze.
