3 medium apple
1 medium pear
1 stalk celery
1 cup grapes
1 cup cranberries, dried
1/2 cup almonds, sliced
1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon mayonnaise, light

Steps:

  • Chop apples, pear, and dice celery.
  • Slice grapes in half.
  • Combine apples, pear, celery, grapes, almonds, dried cranberries in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the dressing. Yogurt, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and mayo. Pour over salad. Chill until ready to eat.

3 tablespoons spreadable cream cheese
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons whipped topping
1 large unpeeled red apple, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons sliced celery

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, confectioners' sugar and whipped topping until blended. Stir in the apple, raisins, pecans and celery. Transfer to a serving bowl. Chill for 1 hour.

1 red apple, such as McIntosh or Red Delicious, unpeeled, cored, and coarsely chopped
1 green apple, such as Granny Smith or Crispin, unpeeled, cored, and coarsely chopped
2 stalks celery, cut into thin half-moons
3 ounces (about 1/2 cup) red grapes
3 ounces (about 1/2 cup) green grapes
1 lemon
6 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 bunch (about 1 pound) Bibb or Boston lettuce, washed and torn into bite-size pieces
1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
Chives, for garnish

Steps:

  • Place apples, celery, and grapes in a medium bowl, and toss with juice of half the lemon. In another bowl, whisk together yogurt, mustard, honey, and juice of remaining half lemon. Pour half of the dressing over the apple mixture, tossing to combine. Serve over greens, drizzling remaining dressing over salad. Garnish the salad with chopped walnuts and snipped chives.

  • Combine apples, celery, and pecans in a bowl.
  • Whisk mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon together in a separate bowl until well combined.

2 large boxes cherry jello
16 ounce(s) red hot cinnamon candys
2 large red apples
2 large green apples
2 cup(s) chopped celery
1 1/2 cup(s) chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Bring 4 cups of water to a boil and add red hot candys. Dissolve red hots. In large serving bowl put both pkg. Of cherry jello and add hot cinnamon water. Dissolve jello. Add 4 cups ice cubes to hot jello and dissolve ice. Place in refrigerator. Cut red and green apples into small cubes. Do not peel apples. Chop celery and nuts. Remove jello and add apples, celery and nuts. Stir and return to frig. Until firm.* buy red hot candys during valentines day.
