- Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except raisins in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Add raisins at the Raisin/Nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends.
- Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.

CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD (ABM)
Modified from "The Biggest Book Of Bread Machine Recipes," my 5 yr old son loves helping me make this, and even more, he enjoys devouring it. It makes a 1.5 pound loaf. This is a recipe from my ABM's manual. Be advised that this is more of a savory bread than a sweet bread, but it is very delish! A very nice bread to serve as a side to soups or to make into french toast!!! Make sure you cook it on the sweet bread cycle and light crust! Recipe is for a 1 lb loaf

- Place ingredients EXCEPT FOR THE CINNAMON, RAISINS AND WALNUTS in the bread machine in the order your ABM recommends (mine recommends adding them in the order I have the ingredients written with water on the bottom and the yeast on the top, however I have been told that other ABM's recommend the dry ingredients first followed by the wet).
- Close lid and turn bread machine on. . . use the "sweet bread" setting and the "light crust" setting.
- When the bread machine beeps, add the cinnamon, raisins and walnuts. Close lid and let the bread machine continue cooking the bread.
EASY CINNAMON APPLE RAISIN BREAD
This is an easy and delicious bread to prepare. Even better you only need one mixing bowl because you can throw all of the ingredients right in! Feel free to tweak the ingredients to your liking...add more cinnamon...add nuts, etc. I hope you enjoy it! Edited: I have also tried out the bread by using 1/2 whole wheat pastry flour and 1/2 regular flour, a tbl of wheat germ and less sugar to make it a tiny bit "healthier". It came out just as nice as the original.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Take peeled and chopped apples and place them in a micowave safe bowl.
- Add water to the apples and microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
- Combine apples and all remaining ingriendients and mix thoroughly.
- Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 hr to 1 hr 15 minutes.
- When done let sit for 15 mins before removing from pan and placing on a wire rack.
- Enjoy!
