- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients. Add the pork; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours. Drain and discard the marinade. Grill the pork, uncovered, over medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160', turning occasionally. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.

CINNAMON PORK ROAST
This recipe was on the package of pork loin that I bought. I don't have a grill so I roasted it in my oven until the it reached the right temperature. I included the marinade time as prep time.

Steps:
- Combine the cinnamon, salt, pepper, onion, sugar, and garlic. Blend in 1 tsp of soy sauce. If too thick to spread, add another tsp of soy sauce.
- Rub mixture onto the pork loin.
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours, can be overnight.
- Grill pork over medium-low indirect fire until the internal temperature is 155 degrees, about 1 1/4- 1 1/2 hours.
- Allow to rest 5-10 minutes.
- Cut into thin slices.
