RED HOT CINNAMON GUMMIES
Steps:
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a small pot and heat over low to medium heat until very warm. TASTE IT. You can add more cinnamon oil or more sweetener (add stevia if you'd like). Tailor it to your taste buds.
- Slowly whisk in the gelatin until dissolved. At this point I pour it through a mesh sieve to strain out any pieces of gelatin that didn't dissolve. Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate until firm.

Steps:
- Combine the fruit juice or lemonade, gelatin and sugar in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until the gelatin and sugar dissolve completely, about 1 minute (make sure there is no undissolved sugar stuck to the bottom of the saucepan). If any foam forms while stirring, skim it off and discard. Transfer the mixture to a small liquid measuring cup.
- Put the gummy bear molds on a flat surface and slowly fill each cup to the top. Give each mold a small shake to ensure the mixture settles to the bottom. Refrigerate until the mixture sets, about 10 minutes. Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
GUMMY CANDY
Feel like a kid again with this gummy candy recipe. Fun to make with the kids or just for yourself. If you don't have candy molds, pour the mixture onto a pizza pan and after it cools in the freezer use a cookie cutter to make fun shapes.
