- In a large bowl, cream butter and 2 cups sugar until light fluffy. Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add alternately with sour cream, beating just enough after each addition to keep batter smooth. , Spoon a third of batter into a greased 10-in. tube pan. Combine cinnamon, nuts and remaining sugar; sprinkle a third over batter in pan. Repeat layers 2 more times. Bake at 350° for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Separate biscuits. Place a marshmallow in the center of each biscuit and wrap biscuit dough around marshmallow. Press dough to seal marshmallow completely. Roll dough ball in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Arrange each dough ball in the prepared muffin cups.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325° F.
- Grease a 12-cup muffin pan. Do not use paper liners.
- Sift dry ingredients onto wax paper. Set aside.
- With an electric mixer on high, beat eggs, sugar, and oil for one minute.
- On low speed, stir in buttermilk and vanilla.
- Gently, by hand, fold in flour mixture. A lumpy batter is good.
- Divide batter evenly between muffin cups.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
- While baking, prepare topping ingredients below.
- Melt butter in a small bowl. Combine sugar & cinnamon in a plastic produce bag.
- Brush hot muffin tops & sides with melted butter. Roll each one in the plastic bag to coat with the cinnamon-sugar. Serve warm.
