Loving coffee has never been this chill with this caramel cinnamon iced coffee recipe. A cool coffee drink spiced with cinnamon and topped with sweet caramel.

16 cups prepared coffee
3 cinnamon sticks
3 tbsp preferably in a squeeze bottle, add more for garnish caramel syrup
1 oz whipped cream
1 shot milk

Steps:

  • Combine coffee and cinnamon sticks in a saucepot then bring to a simmer.
  • Continue simmering for roughly 15 minutes until the coffee is fully infused with cinnamon.
  • Discard the cinnamon sticks and set aside your coffee to cool down completely at room temperature.
  • Pour roughly 3 cups of your cinnamon-infused coffee into ice cube trays.
  • Place this into your freezer and freeze anywhere from 4 to 6 hours until firm.
  • Cover and set aside the rest of your infused coffee in the chiller. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
  • Before serving, drizzle caramel syrup around the insides of the glass.
  • Fill up with roughly ½ cup of coffee ice cubes, then pour your chilled coffee until it's ¾'s full.
  • Serve with milk and garnish with whipped cream!

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup applesauce
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (10-ounce) package caramel baking chips
1 cup chopped pecans, optional
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon butter, (softened)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons half-and-half or milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 12-cup fluted tube pan (bundt pan).
  • Beat butter with both sugars using an electric mixer until blended well.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time.
  • Mix in vanilla extract and applesauce.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, beating until blended.
  • Stir in caramel chips and pecans. Transfer batter to prepared pan.
  • Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Invert onto a wire rack.
  • To make glaze, whisk together all ingredients. Use a spoon to drizzle on cake. Best eaten still warm from the oven.

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
4-1/2 cups cold water
ice cubes

Steps:

  • Place coffee in filter in brew basket of coffee maker; sprinkle with cinnamon. Place caramel topping in empty pot of coffee maker. Add water to coffee maker; brew. When brewing is complete, stir until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Pour coffee mixture over ice cubes in tall glasses. Serve with milk and sugar, if desired.

This is a tasty, tasty coffee. I love iced coffees and this is one of my favorites...caramel and cinnamon together with coffee...it doesn't get much better than this, topped off with a flavored whipped cream, delish.

8 ounces cold strong brewed coffee, cinnamon, cold, strong, brewed
1/8-1/4 cup caramel sauce (to taste)
1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk, 1%, cold
4 ice cubes, plain
4 coffee ice cubes, coffee
3 ounces heavy cream (whipping cream)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon caramel sauce
1 teaspoon caramel sauce (garnish, for drizzling)
1 cinnamon stick, for stirring

Steps:

  • Make the cinnamon flavored coffee.
  • Pour the hot coffee into a container, add the caramel sauce and stir until all the sauce has dissolved.
  • Next add the milk to the coffee mixture, stir, cover and place in fridge to chill.
  • Whip the heavy cream, cinnamon and caramel sauce together, until the cream is smooth, thick and creamy.
  • Cover and chill until needed.
  • Once the coffee is thoroughly chilled pour it into a large frosted glass filled with the flavored and plain ices.
  • Top with the flavored whipped cream , drizzle a little caramel sauce over cream and add a cinnamon stick for stirring.
  • Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy.

This cinnamon-infused caramel syrup is a wonderful addition to coffee and apple cider drinks.

¾ cup water (divided)
2 cinnamon sticks
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch salt

Steps:

  • Place ½ cup water and 2 cinnamon sticks in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain out the cinnamon sticks and keep the cinnamon-infused water warm.
  • Place the remaining ¼ cup water, corn syrup and sugar into a saucepan. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Increase the heat to medium-high and boil covered for 2 minutes.
  • Uncover and continue to boil, stirring constantly until the mixture turns a light amber color. Do not cook too long or the caramel syrup will burn.
  • Remove from the pan from the heat. Carefully pour in the cinnamon-infused water, being careful to stand back as the caramel mixture will steam and bubble rapidly when you add the infused water. (You might want to place the pan in the sink for this step, to avoid any spills.)
  • Once the steam and bubbles have settled down, add the vanilla and a pinch of salt. Stir gently to mix. Allow to cool and transfer to a glass jar or bottle. Store in the refrigerator for up to six months.

  • Note: making caramel is something that needs your undivided attention. Make sure you have all your ingredients gathered before starting and that you are not distracted. Leaving the caramel alone at any point can cause it to burn.
  • Place sugar in a heavy-bottomed medium sauce pot. Make sure the sides of the pot come up a little bit (that it’s not a shallow pan) because it will boil up when you add the cream later.
  • Place the pan over medium-low heat. Cook stirring often, but being careful not to spread the sugar up the sides of the pan too much. The sugar will become a little bit liquidy, form clumps, then finally melt into a light amber liquid. Keep stirring until the liquid is amber in color. This will take about 7-12 minutes, depending on your pot and the heat of your stove. DO NOT LEAVE THE SUGAR ALONE, it will burn fast.
  • Once the liquid turns amber, add the butter and stir until it’s melted. Add half of the heavy whipping cream, stir, then add the rest. It will bubble up as you add it to the mixture. Turn off the heat and then stir in the, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt, if using. Stir until smooth. You may need to whisk it to get out all the clumps.
