2 cups milk (actually nut milk ~ see separate recipe)
3 tablespoons agave nectar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender & puree until smooth & creamy.
  • Pour into 2 tall glasses & enjoy!

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 vanilla beans or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • In a blender combine the ice cream, milk, bananas. and cinnamon. Scrape the seeds from the vanilla bean with the back of a knife and add to the ice cream mixture. Blend on high speed until smooth & frothy.
