- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the applesauce, sugar, oil, eggs and milk; beat well. Sift in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and salt; stir until smooth. Fold in the pecans. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine the flours, sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, baking soda, salt, baking powder and nutmeg. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, applesauce, oil and milk. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. , Transfer to a greased 9x5-in. loaf pan. Combine brown sugar and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; sprinkle over the top. , Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 50-60 minutes. APPLESAUCE BREAD

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line the bottom of a 9X5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease the insides of the pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together oil, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Add the eggs, whisking until smooth. Add the applesauce, vanilla, and Greek yogurt and mix until well-combined
- Add the flours, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and stir just until combined; don't over-mix the batter.
- Pour the batter into prepared loaf pan and spread into an even layer.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean or with just moist crumbs.
- Remove from oven. Run a knife gently around the side of the pan and then remove bread onto a cooling rack.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Set aside.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x5 loaf pan and set aside. Cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg.
