Creamy Cilantro Dressing image

This creamy cilantro dressing is super easy to make and healthy! Made with Greek yogurt, garlic, and lime juice. Delicious served on anything!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 bunch cilantro (about 1 cup packed)
1 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon each honey, lime juice, and salt
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
3 teaspoons water (optional)

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking. Add the sugar if you want it a little sweeter (I used the sugar and loved it, but it tasted fine without the sugar, too). You can also add water depending on how thick you want the dressing to be.
  • Serve as a dressing with salads, fish, chicken, or grilled vegetables!

Creamy cilantro that doubles as a salad dressing and dipping sauce is made with yogurt, sour cream, garlic, jalapeno and lots of cilantro! This magical sauce will become your new favorite sauce and is great for dipping, on salads, tacos, and grilled meats.

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 cups cilantro leaves and stems (about 1 small bunch )
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream (can sub with Greek Yogurt)
3-4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup lime or lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin (optional)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 jalapeno, deseeded (optional )

Steps:

  • Add all the ingredients to the food processor, season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer to a dressing bottle or air-tight container and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  • Use on salads, tacos, burrito bowls, as a dipping sauce or on rice and grilled meats.

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cilantro, and lime juice together. Mix thoroughly; season with salt and pepper. Serve with empanadas.

1 cup heavy cream

2 1/2 ounces cilantro

Steps:

  • Blanch and shock spinach. Squeeze out all water from spinach. Place spinach, cream, sour cream and cilantro in a food processor. Puree until smooth. Season with salt, L.A spice and lime juice.
