1 cup dry milk
3/4 cup white sugar
2/3 cup powdered coffee creamer
1/2 cup unsweetened powdered cocoa mix
1/3 cup instant coffee, force through a fine strainer-you will want a powder
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Steps:

Mix all ingredients well and place in decorative jars.

It's beginning to taste a lot like Christmas! Bring the flavors of the holidays into your home year round with a delightful Holiday Coffee Mix that you can prepare in your own kitchen for just pennies. Wonderfully smooth and creamy with a hint of chocolate. Makes 1 qt of mix or two pint jars.

1/2 c powdered non dairy creamer
1 c chocolate chips, mini
2 Tbsp vanilla powder
1/3 c sifted powdered sugar
1/2 c nonfat dry milk powder
2/3 c coffee crystals

Steps:

1. Combine all ingredients put in jars. Makes 1 qt of mix or two pint jars.
2. GIFT TAG DIRECTIONS: Christmas Coffee Add 3 T of mix to mug of hot water, stir & enjoy. May serve with chocolate dipped spoons.
