I love Nutella, and I'm always looking for ways to use it. These pops are a great way to stay cool in the summer, but also make a cozy treat in the winter. -Bonita Suter, Lawrence, Michigan

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup fat-free milk
3/4 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
1/3 cup Nutella
8 freezer pop molds or 8 paper cups (3 ounces each) and wooden pop sticks

Steps:

  • Place milk, yogurt and Nutella in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into molds or paper cups. Top molds with holders. If using cups, top with foil and insert sticks through foil. Freeze until firm.

2 cups soymilk
1 box (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
2 ripe medium bananas, mashed
1 box (4-serving size) chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
12 paper cups (3-oz size)
12 craft sticks (flat wooden sticks with round ends)

Steps:

  • In small bowl, gradually add 1 cup of the soymilk to vanilla pudding mix; beat with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in bananas. In another small bowl, gradually add remaining soymilk to chocolate pudding mix; beat with wire whisk until well blended.
  • Spoon half of the banana mixture into cups. Layer chocolate mixture over banana mixture. Spoon remaining banana mixture into cups; stir slightly to marble. Insert sticks; freeze about 3 hours or overnight until firm. To serve, remove cups.

½ medium avocado, pitted and peeled
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon tahini
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (1 gram) packets stevia sweetener (such as Truvia®)

Steps:

  • Combine soy milk, avocado, chocolate syrup, tahini, vanilla extract, and stevia in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into 4 ice pop molds, and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours or overnight.

3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons baking cocoa
4 cups milk
10 Popsicle molds or plastic cups (3 ounces) and Popsicle sticks

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, flour and cocoa. Gradually stir in milk until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Cool slightly., Pour 1/4 cup into each mold or plastic cup; top with holders or insert Popsicle sticks. Freeze until set. May be frozen for up to 3 months.
