A perfect addition to your holiday cookie exchange spread, our scratch-made crinkles are crowned with peppermint Hershey's Kisses.

Steps:
- In medium bowl, mix flour, baking cocoa, baking powder and salt; set aside.
- In large bowl, beat granulated sugar, oil and eggs with whisk until well mixed. Beat in vanilla and peppermint extract.
- Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients just until combined. Cover bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with cooking parchment paper. Place powdered sugar in small bowl. Shape dough into tablespoon-size balls; roll in powdered sugar. Place on cookie sheets about 1 1/2 inches apart.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until cookies crackle and dough doesn't look raw. When cookies are done, immediately place a KISSES candy in center of each cookie, and press lightly. Cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes. Remove to cooling rack; cool completely until candy is set.

- Stir together brownie mix, cocoa and crushed peppermint candies in large bowl. Add contents of syrup pouch, water, egg and oil, beating until well blended. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm enough to roll.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease. Remove wrappers from candies.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar and place on prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until set. (Some peppermint may melt out along edges of cookies. After removing from oven, immediately use edge of knife or spatula to push melted peppermint back to edges of cookie.) Cool 2 minutes. Press candy piece into center of each cookie. Slide parchment paper and cookies to wire rack or remove cookies from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.

- Freeze kisses in a covered container for at least 1 hour., Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until blended. In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Gradually beat into butter mixture. Stir in chocolate and peppermint chips. Refrigerate 30 minutes., Shape dough into 1-1/2-in. balls. Place 1 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until bottoms are set. Immediately press a chocolate kiss into center of each cookie (cookie will crack around edges). Cool completely on pans on wire racks.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Blend room temperature butter with granulated sugar until they are nice and smooth. Then mix in the egg and peppermint extract.
- In a separate bowl, add the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda and mix lightly.
- Add half of this dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix. Then add milk to the sugar mixture and mix again. Finally, dd the last of the flour mixture and mix again.
- Form the batter into balls about an inch in width, which will produce about 48 cookies. Place on cookie sheets.
- Place in the oven to bake for about 8-10 minutes.
- While they are baking, remove the foil wrappers from 48 Hershey's Candy Cane Kisses.
- When you pull the cookies out of the oven, allow to rest for two minutes. Then press one Hershey's Kisses Candy Cane Mint candy into each cookie.
- Move cookies to a cooling rack and allow to cool.
- Serve and enjoy!
